Math 12P Assessment Quizzes

When you feel like you have learned the material in a learning guide:

1. Complete one of the versions of the assessment quizzes (version B is there if version A doesn't go well and you want to redo it. It can also be a good review for the unit test).

2. Mark the assessment quiz with the answer key (found under "Assessment Quiz Answer Keys" on the website).

3. Email your teacher the marked assessment quiz as a pdf combined into 1 file and attached to an email.  Also, let your teacher know if there are still questions you have about any of the questions you got wrong after you have marked it.  If don’t know how to send your assessment quiz as a pdf, you can go to combinepdf.com and select the “combine pdf” tab and you can upload your photos of the quiz and it will combine them into a pdf. Then attach the pdf to an email.

For the Learning Guides that are unit tests, please email your teacher to make arrangements on how/where to write them.
